CREA | Digital Media Designer
The digital media designer must be a well-organized, creative thinker with strong design and production skills in digital mediums. The instructional designer will turn ideas into a working storyboard that the in-house multimedia and design teams can easily translate into the final creative product. The experienced interactive art director/senior designer will art direct and design interactive/Web sites, web applications, graphical user interfaces, multimedia displays, and web and computer based training applications. The art director/senior designer will work from the creative vision and strategy provided by the chief creative officer and chief strategist, and report directly to the creative services director. The Traffic Manager is responsible for working in partnership with the Director of Creative Services for scheduling all of the work throughout the agency. The traffic manager works with the Account Services Team to ensure all jobs entering the agency are opened and assigns a step-by-step schedule of completion to each of those jobs as it is entered. Under the direction of the director of creative services, the traffic manager coordinates movement of all jobs through all agency departments (strategy, account service, design, development, interactive/web, production). Each day the traffic manager communicates status report of all active jobs in the agency, assigning a status to each job. The traffic manager also tracks and/or physically moves jobs from one step of completion to the next.
