For Phoebe, the love of advertising has always pumped through her veins. After earning a Communications and Graphic Design degree from the University of Maryland, Phoebe spent the next 25 years enjoying and growing in the business of the ad world. "When I was growing up, my father had a subscription to Fortune magazine," Phoebe recalls, "and I used to look through it for hours just because the ads were so great. I find it fascinating to see how marketing-directed artwork and design can suck people in so effectively." Throughout her career, Phoebe has worked as an art director, project manager, engineer, graphics/web designer, graphics instructor, and has even had the opportunity to previously work with ADG's creative services manager, Elaine Couto. more »

Phoebe is a strong contributor to the brain power behind ADG, and she brings years of experience, understanding of the business, fresh ideas, and new insight on project direction and achievement.
