There's nothing remarkable about a young professional male who likes to blow off steam after work by bending the old elbow and slinging back a couple of cold ones. By all appearances Dave is just such an everyman. He loves to "hang" with his "old buds" and liberally sprinkles the word "dude" into his conversations. But Dave is a lot more creative than the average guy. He doesn't go home to nurse a beer, he goes to brew kegs of his own stock. "I liked drinking it so much," he says, cracking up, "I figured I might as well start making it." That's an understatement. Dave's become such an adept brew meister he's developed an entire line of original flavors.
