For ADG designer/developer Chuck, an ideal weekend consists of lounging by the pool with friends and family, sipping on a cool libation, and finishing each day with a graphics laden sci-fi movie. But once the work week kicks in, Chuck is prepared to meet the needs of his clients. When designing innovative graphics and presentations for government customers, Chuck claims his workplace superpower is his patience. "I've got a very long fuse and know that seeking to understand often saves the day — and sometimes that takes time..." Chuck knows that growing an excellent and successful product needs nurturing and watering ("and sometimes a little fertilizer," Chuck says with a grin.) "I'm always willing to put in the time." During his years at University of Maryland Baltimore County, Chuck reveals that he not only went to school full-time, but he also worked full-time and still fit in social and recreational outings. In fact, Chuck admits he broke his collarbone during a snowboarding accident in college and still managed to maintain his "full-time" lifestyle. "I couldn't tie my shoes or button my own shirt, but I still made it to class," Chuck states with pride. This type of work ethic makes Chuck a great fit for ADG.
