"Active" and "organized" may be the best words to describe April. When she's not building complex communication applications for our government and commercial clients, she enjoys diving into a juicy romance novel, watching an action-packed movie, going for a run, or spending time with her husband and two-year old twins. In the workplace, April describes herself as being organizationally obsessed. "I can't stand having a messy desk or even a few random papers lying around," she says abruptly. "I have to be organized by making lists, keeping everything in labeled folders, and making sure that every item has its place." She may be what some consider a neat freak, but for April it is key to her success. "In order to be productive at work, I have to be exceedingly orderly," she admits.
